Once we receive your order, we will begin the onboarding process. We'll collect any account information we need, such as hosting, logins, FTP, etc. We'll make an initial offsite backup of your site, then we'll review the site for potential security enhancements, install any pending updates, and begin optimizing.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle.
This time is yours to do with as you please. Use us to add your latest content, address minor tweaks or adjustments, ask us questions or have us record specific tutorials. Pretty much anything you can think of. And if what you need requires new features or additional development, we may opt to present a formal project quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
Our support time works like a retainer. We reserve you're place in queue so that any small tasks or support requests you may need each month get priority attention. That time does not roll over, but it ensures that if you need support, you get a response within 24 hours, often within one hour.
These plans are designed to provide preventative care. So the idea is to keep that from happening in the first place. But no one can guarantee your site will never have a hosting issue or a fall victim to a hacker.
Should anything take your site offline, we go to work right away. We'll identify the issue, and we'll work directly with your host if the issue in on their side. If it's related to software, we'll find the problem and fix it.
We cannot promise your website will never have a problem, but will take every precaution to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website from our scheduled backups.
Absolutely. Our goal is to keep your site working smoothly. We have very specific standards and criteria when we build a site, but we know not every developer takes such precautions.
In order to get the most out of your support plan, we must first evaluate your site. For a one-time fee of $350, we'll perform a full technical evaluation of your site. This helps us to see how your site was built and identify any potential issues that may arise.
We'll do a full backup and update to make sure you're running the latest software and that everything is working properly. We'll also make a list if important issues and items that we recommend addressing. We'll spend up to four hours preparing a strategy for your site and fixing issues.
